His 2021 Pinot Grigio is a pretty middleweight, offering up scents of lemon, Granny Smith apple, salty soil tones, straw and a topnote of white flowers. On the palate the wine is vibrant, medium-full and zesty, with nice intensity of flavor and good length and grip on the well-balanced finish.
