White wine. Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. Produced from the four-hectare, south-facing vineyard of Le Vieux Château at the northern end of Montagny. Matured 70% in oak barrels, with lees stirring, and the rest in cement tank for 11 months. Aromatic notes of citrus fruit and orange blossom, with a well-balanced palate, tightly packed with notes of yellow pear and dried mango. Solid and lengthy finish.
