
Red wine. Barolo, Piedmont, Italy. Sustainable. 100% Nebbiolo. Produced from 25-year old Nebbiolo vines planted on pure limestone soils. Grapes are entirely hand harvested and fermentation begins naturally using only indigenous yeasts. Aged 24 months in large oak casks. Dark cherry, plum, spice, leather, and tobacco lead into the gracious finish. Soft contours add to the wine's inviting personality.
