Amber wine. Georgia. Biodynamic. A dry, amber-colored wine made from the Rkatsiteli that sees four months of skin contact. Fermented with 50% stems in traditional underground clay amphora (qvevri). Notes of yellow melon, dried orange peel, apricot, and spice. Perfectly balanced tannins and hints of black tea, laced together with crisp acidity.
