Rosé wine. Rhone Valley, France. Organic. 45% Grenache, 45% Cinsault, 10% Mourvèdre. A forward, deliciously quaffable rosé that sports a light pink/salmon color to go with upfront notes of candied cherries, melon, lavender and Provençal herbs. Forward, supple and straight-up delicious, it's a bottle that will be quickly emptied at the dinner table. This is a great rosé to serve as an aperatif or while grilling, and could easily pair with grilled seafood.
