The vines face east to gather the sweet morning sun. Due to the old age of the vines, the grapes are very small and concentrated with flavor. This is always among the richest and most complex of Collotte's wines. Brimming with red and black fruit, it demonstrates deft balance, outstanding structure and fine, silky tannins.
