
White wine. Arbois Pupillin, Jura, France. Biodynamic. 100% Savagnin. An ice wine made from Savagnin grapes hand harvested during the first frosts at the end of November. Whole-grape pressing, fermented in stainless steel vats, then bottled a few weeks later. Excellent as an aperitif or dessert wine, and pairs particularly well with foie gras.
