White wine. Mâconnais, Burgundy, France. Organic. 100% Chardonnay. From a 1.23ha hillside parcel planted between 1955 and 1960. The long vinification is done mostly in stainless steel tanks with 10% done in barrel at low temperatures. The "Madame Noly" is characterized by its aromas of unique mineral and floral notes, different from those of the Domaine’s other cuvées.
