Red wine. Southern Rhône, France. Biodynamic. Equal parts Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Completely destemmed and produced in concrete tanks. Lots of red fruit (cherries, raspberries), spice, and garrigue, as well as medium- to full-bodied richness, a round texture, and sweet tannins. A great budget wine from one of the best winemakers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
