Red wine. Sancerre, Loire Valley, France. Sustainable. 100% Pinot Noir. A great example of Pinot Noir from these chalky soils, offering a nose of cherries, coffee, and herb tones. On the palate, it's deep and classy, focused and well-structured, with a bit of tannin to resolve on the long, balanced finish. Already delicious, this should age quite well.
