
Red wine. Göttlesbrunn, Austria. Biodynamic. 40% Zweigelt, 30% Merlot, 15% Blaufränkisch, 15% Pinot Noir. Hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented with natural yeast in an open fermentor. After fermentation, stored in used barriques and large oak barrels for 11 months. An elegant bouquet and smooth and well balanced on the palate.
