White wine. Arbois Pupillin, Jura, France. Biodynamic. 100% Savagnin. An ice wine made from Savagnin grapes that are frozen and harvested at the end of November. Hand-harvested, whole-grape pressing, fermented in stainless steel vats, then bottled a few weeks later. Excellent as an aperitif or dessert wine, pairs particularly well with foie gras.
