  • Domaine Servin Chablis 'Les Pargues' 2017
    $22.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "The 2017 Chablis Les Pargues offers up attractive aromas of beeswax, apple and lemon zest, followed by a medium-bodied, textural palate with a touch more concentration, tension and length than the regular Chablis AOC bottling. It's bottled under Stelvin for the US market." — 88+ Points, William Kelley, The Wine Advocate (Aug. 2018)

  • Domaine Servin Chablis Premier Cru 'Vaillons' 2017
    $32.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "The 2017 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has an expressive bouquet with orange zest and light mango scents that allow the terroir to still come through. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, delicate hint of orange zest and citrus notes with a touch of white peach towards the finish, even a suggestion of mint on the aftertaste. Very fine." — 90-92 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous (Aug. 2018)

  • Domaine Servin Chablis Premier Cru 'Montee de Tonnerre' 2016
    $35.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "The 2016 Chablis 1er Cru Montee de Tonnerre was cropped at 38 hectoliters per hectare, thanks to some older vines around 50 years old. It has a harmonious bouquet with bright Granny Smith apples, flint and oyster shell scents that gain intensity with aeration. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a fine bead of acidity and more body and depth than the Mont de Milieu. The finish is linear and taut, with just the right amount of salinity to beckon you back for another sip. Excellent." — 91 Points, Neal Martin, The Wine Advocate #232 (Aug. 2017)

  • Domaine Servin Chablis Vieilles Vignes 'Selection Massale' 2017
    $28.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "Reliably one of the highlights of the Servin portfolio, the 2017 Chablis Vieilles Vignes Sélection Massale is excellent, unfurling in the glass with notes of green apples, lemon oil, iodine and oystershell. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with excellent depth, concentration and length. With lovely chewy substance and considerable incipient complexity, it's a serious wine that will repay some bottle age." — 90 Points, William Kelley, The Wine Advocate (Aug. 2018)

  • Domaine Servin Petit Chablis 'Sur Le Clos' 2017
    $22.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "The 2017 Petit Chablis Sur Les Clos is a success, wafting from the glass with fragrant aromas of peach, white flowers and green apple. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, pure and glossy, with tangy acids and a nice core of fruit. Charming and accessible, it should drink well on release. The name Sur Les Clos denotes its origin from vines planted on the plateau above the grand cru slope—a site that's the source for many of the appellation's best examples." — 87 Points, William Kelley, The Wine Advocate (Aug. 2018)

  • Domaine Servin Chablis Premier Cru 'Les Forets' 2017
    $30.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "Taken directly from tank, the 2017 Chablis Les Forêts 1er Cru (from 22 year old vines) has a classic, flinty, lightly smoked bouquet that demands some encouragement from the glass. The palate is well balanced with a citric entry, lightly spiced with a compact, saline finish not unlike the Les Pargues in many ways. Fine." — 88-90 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous (Aug. 2018)
