  • Domaine Servin Chablis 'Les Pargues' 2018
    $22.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "The 2017 Chablis Les Pargues offers up attractive aromas of beeswax, apple and lemon zest, followed by a medium-bodied, textural palate with a touch more concentration, tension and length than the regular Chablis AOC bottling. It's bottled under Stelvin for the US market." — 88+ Points, William Kelley, The Wine Advocate (Aug. 2018)

  • Domaine Servin Chablis Premier Cru 'Vaillons' 2017
    $32.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "The 2017 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has an expressive bouquet with orange zest and light mango scents that allow the terroir to still come through. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, delicate hint of orange zest and citrus notes with a touch of white peach towards the finish, even a suggestion of mint on the aftertaste. Very fine." — 90-92 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous (Aug. 2018)

  • Domaine Servin Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot 2015
    $62.00

White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. The Blanchot vineyard is know for producing elegant wines with generous aromas. This wine is no exception to that. Expected delicate aromas of orchard fruit, flavors of qince, pear, and yellow citrus with brilliant minerality. This is also a rarity among Grand Cru Chablis as it is done entirely in tank, which preserves the delicate nature of the wine. Try this with raw shellfish, or something like broiled scallops with citrus or grilled oysters.

  • Domaine Servin Chablis Premier Cru 'Les Forets' 2017
    $30.00
White wine. Chablis, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. "Taken directly from tank, the 2017 Chablis Les Forêts 1er Cru (from 22 year old vines) has a classic, flinty, lightly smoked bouquet that demands some encouragement from the glass. The palate is well balanced with a citric entry, lightly spiced with a compact, saline finish not unlike the Les Pargues in many ways. Fine." — 88-90 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous (Aug. 2018)
