White wine. Mosel, Germany. Sustainable. 50% Weissburgunder, 30% Elbling, 20% Riesling. The vines range in age from 10 to 30 years old and are planted on steep terraces with soils of blue slate with river and terrace sediments. The grapes are entirely hand harvested. In the winery fermentation begins naturally using only indigenous yeasts. Clear and refreshing lemon fruit on the nose. On the palate, this is a medium-bodied, racy and powerful blend that improves in the glass after a short aeration.
