  • La Ca'Nova Barbaresco D.O.C.G. 'Montefico vigna Bric Mentina' 2016
    $37.00

Red wine. Piedmont, Italy. Sustainable. 100% Nebbiolo. From another of Barbaresco’s top cru’s, Montefico, from a parcel called Bric Mentina which is wholly owned by the Rocca family. Here the vines are 30 years old and the vineyard has southern and south-eastern exposures. Another layered and textured Barbaresco. The earth shows a little more in this bottling but the nuanced fruit is still very much present. Like the Montestefano, this will be a great match with game. Try with a bison ragu with mushrooms over polenta.

    $20.00

Red wine. Chianti Classico, Tuscany, Italy. Integrated. 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo Nero, 5% Colorino. Castello di Uzzano is a property located in Greve in the heart of Chianti Classico.
