
Red wine. Göttlesbrunn, Austria. Biodynamic. 40% Zweigelt, 30% Merlot, 15% Blaufränkisch, 15% Pinot Noir. Hand-harvested, destemmed, and fermented with natural yeast in an open fermentor. After fermentation, stored in used barriques and big oak barrels for 11 months. Elegant bouquet, smooth and well balanced on the palate.
