White wine. Roussillon, France. Organic. 30% Grenache Gris, 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Carignan Blanc, 20% Carignan Gris. Produced from 65-year-old vines planted on soils of clay and granite scree. Fermented and aged on the fine lees with batonnage in 50% oak barrels (2 vintages-used) and 50% stainless steel tank. Classic aromas of citrus and stone fruits, with a hint of crushed rocks emanate from the glass. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, with flavors of sea breeze and citrus fruit that lead in to a clean, crisp finish.
