    $108.00

Rosé wine. Chinon, Loire Valley, France. 100% Cabernet Franc. Organic. Cherry pit, red currant, pungent flowers and a suggestion of succulent herbs on the nose. Sappy and focused in the mouth, offering bitter cherry and orange flavors and a zesty hint of white pepper that adds back-end spiciness. Closes supple and long, featuring lingering florality and a sweet raspberry flourish. This wine has the heft to work with full-flavored food, but there's also a raciness that makes it extremely easy to drink by itself.

  • Marc Plouzeau Perles Fines Sparkling Brut Rosé NV
    $19.00
Sparkling wine. Chinon, Loire Valley, France. Organic. 100% Cabernet Franc. "Marc Plouzeau’s 'Perles Fines' Rosé Pétillant is a lovely wine, showing more elegance on the nose and palate than the 'Perle Sauvage' version. The bouquet shows lovely cabernet franc character in its mix of white cherries, a touch of tangerine, currant leaf, lovely soil tones and a bit of smokiness in the upper register. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, crisp and very nicely balanced, with frothy mousse, a good core and nice length and grip on the vibrant finish. A tasty bottle of sparkling cabernet franc, with plenty of elegance." — 88 Points, John Gilman, View from the Cellar #59 (Sept./Oct. 2015)

  • Gerard & Pierre Morin Sancerre Chant de L'Orme 2015
    $24.00
White wine. Sancerre, Loire Valley, France. Sustainable. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. "The wine is bottled unfiltered and the 2015 is excellent, offering up a bright and complex bouquet of lime zest, pear, a touch of candied orange, chalky soil tones, anise and just a whisper of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and quite round on the attack for Bué Sancerre, with a good core, fine focus and grip and a long, fairly complex finish." — 90+ Points, John Gilman, View from the Cellar #77 (Sept./Oct. 2018)
