Domaine des Aubuisieres Vouvray Le Marigny 2016

White wine. Vouvray, Loire, France. Organic. 100% Chenin Blanc. The Marigny vineyard has the classic Vouvray chalk and clay soil. The wine is full-bodied and complex on the palate. The initial flavors are of apple, and quince at the start and a chalky minerality and some lanolin on the finish. Fermentation and aging in natural wood lends the wine further complexity and nuance.
