Red wine. Saint-Chinian, Languedoc, France. Organic. 50% Cinsault, 50% Mourvèdre. The entry level wine from this solid estate is the 2015 Antoyme and it's a blend of Mourvedre and Cinsault brought up all in tank. It's a pretty, fruit forward, charming effort that offers notes of blueberries, cherries and garrigue in a deliciously quaffable style.
