Red wine. Marsannay, Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Pinot Noir. A wine produced from a “noble vine,” planted in 1947 on cailloux soil from Champforeys. Entirely destemmed followed by slow fermentation with five days premaceration. Aged for 11 months, with 90% of the cuvée aged in stainless steel tank. A lovely, subtlety rich Côte de Nuits wine.
