On the nose, look for aromas of citrus, pear, vanilla, and acacia blossoms. The palate matches the nose, but with richness and added depth. The wood lends a roundness to the lean mineral character of the wine, with primary fruit flavors of yellow citrus and Bartlett pear. This is a very versatile white, but give it a try with a vegetable salad with shredded chicken and a tarragon vinaigrette.
