Red wine. Marsannay, Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Pinot Noir. Produced from grapes grown on five different terroirs: Combereau, Favières, Grasses Têtes, Boivin, and Récilles. The soils are predominately clay-limestone. The grapes are 100% destemmed and fermentation and aging takes place in tanks. Pure cherry, black currant, and spice flavors are fused into a firm, dense structure. A graphite element emerges as this wine cruises to a long, gripping, and spice-infused finish.
