White wine. Georgia. Organic. 50% Rkatsiteli, 50% Chardonnay. A blend of 50% Rkatsiteli and 50% Chardonnay aged in Qvevri with skin contact. The wine is a pale amber/orange color. The tannins, texture, and structure from the skin contact is immediately apparent, giving the wine a richer, fuller body. Flavors of white peach, peach skin, and citrus, with undertones of paraffin and pine resin.
