    Red wine. Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Pinot Noir. From vines with an average age of 30 years, though some plantings are over 85-years-old. The soils are clay limestone and while not certified, William practices biodynamic viticulture. Natural fermentation using only indigenous. This wine sees no new oak. Fragrant red cherries and wild strawberry mixed with subtle forest floor scents. The palate is fresh and clean with fine tannin.

  • Clément & Florian Berthier Pouilly Fumé 2017

    White wine. Loire Valley, France. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Sustainable. Traditional vinification with low temperature fermentation and maturation for 6-8 months on fine lees in tank. Opens with a very clear and aromatic bouquet to a round, elegant and aromatic, well balanced palate. This is a nice and easy-drinking wine with vital acidity, nice grip and fine minerality.
