Planted on parcels in Sainte Gemme, a small village in the heart of the Central Loire, this terroir-driven Pinot-Gamay blend shows off complexity and quality winemaking. Traditional vinification with low temperature fermentation and maturation on the fine lees in tank. Dry but still fruity, with aromas of white currant, apricot, and peach.
