White wine. Douro Superior, Portugal. Sustainable. 80% Rabigato, 10% Voisinho, 10% Gouveio. Made from three indigenous Portuguese white grapes. Of the three only Gouveio goes by a different name (Godello) in other countries. This is a nicely balanced wine with a medium to full body, high acidity and bright aromatics keep the wine light on palate. Look for flavors of orchard fruit, herbs, and citrus. This is a wine to match with poultry and fish dishes, particularly roasted chicken.
