Rosé wine. Douro Superior, Portugal. 95% Touriga Nacional, 5% Tinta Cao. Sustainable. Produced from the highest vineyard of the Vale do Olmo, located in the Douro Superiore sub-region. This blend of 95% Touriga Nacional and 5% Tinta Cão is aged for 3 months is used french oak barrels prior to bottling. Intense aromas of red berry fruits, clove and tangerine, with subtle notes of herb and white pepper. Dry and full bodied on the palate, with flavors of sour cherry, current, orange and vanilla. The finish is long with lingering notes of cinnamon and clove.
