White wine. Graves, Bordeaux, France. Sustainable. 65% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon. Produced from 45-year-old vines planted on soils of sand, clay and gravel. Fermented and aged in casks with regular stirring of the lees. A very pretty wine with impressive nuance for its price point. Flavors and aromas of almonds, dried flowers, mint, and apricot are all at the fore in this succulent, inviting wine. The finish is creamy and expressive, bolstering the wine's considerable appeal.
