"A blend of 90% Clairette and 10% Bourboulenc, the 2018 Cairanne Blanc la Jean de Verde was barrel fermented in a single second-use demi-muid; there are a total of around 700 bottles. It's a bit smoky on the nose but also boasts enticing aromas of pineapple, rosemary, pine resin and honey.
