White wine. Arbois Pupillin, Jura, France. Biodynamic. 100% Chardonnay. Produced from a west facing slope of red marl soils. Fermentation using only indigenous yeasts in 600-liter barrels of 3 to 5 vintages-used. Aged in 600L barrels for 12 months. Aromas and flavors of orchard fruits, spice, flowers, and lemon curd. This is a beautiful, medium-bodied wine with rich layers and textures and a lovely minerality that keeps everything fresh and lively. Impeccably balanced and pure.
