Red wine. Arbois, Jura, France. Biodynamic. Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Trousseau. A charming, complex wine raspberry in color but with aromas of citrus, lychees, and rose petal. More of the same on the palate, with discreet tannins. Extremely refreshing, owing to a touch of effervescence.
