Rosé wine. Southern Rhône, France. Organic. 80% Cinsault, 20% Syrah. From the lieu dit "La Moutte," this tiny production rosé is made from Cinsault planted in 1970 and Syrah planted in 2000. Medium-bodied, supple, and quaffable, conveying plenty of aromas and flavors of strawberry, cherry, and dried herbes de Provence. Finely crafted and thoroughly enjoyable.
