Red wine. Priorat, Spain. Sustainable. 50% Grenache, 20% Carignan, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Tempranillo. A great nose with fresh aromas of violets, spices, and red and black berries. Surprisingly fresh and easy to drink from the first sip. A wonderful mix of black berry aromas, light toast notes from barrique aging and floral notes. Good length on the finish with a hint of pepper.
