White Wine. Alsace, France. Organic. 100% Pinot Gris. From a warm terroir on deep and clayey soils between Ribeauvillé and Hunawihr. It opens with a clear, intense and aromatic bouquet of ripe pears and apricots, along with some earthy flavors. Full-bodied, round and well-structured on the palate, this is a an intense and aromatic Pinot Gris. It drinks lovely today and there is no need to keep it for years.
