Red wine. Bordeaux, France. Sustainable. 60% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc. Vinification at the Château's cellar in stainless steel and concrete tanks. Fermentation with temperature control lasts for one month. Aged in 2 vintages-used barrels for 12 months before being bottled unfiltered. The absence of new oak makes for an easy-drinking Bordeaux with soft tannins and pure fruit flavors.
