White wine. Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. From 25 and 40-year-old vines planted on soils of clay limestone, marl and sand with flint quartz. Fermentation in 50% oak cask and 50% foudre. Aged 9 months in oak cask (5% new) and malolactic fermentation fully completed. A fruity and fresh nose speaks primarily of pear and apricot. Good mid-palate presence with delicious and citrus-inflected flavors that culminate in a clean and dry finish.
