White wine. Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Chardonnay. From 52, 57 and 87-year-old vines planted on soils of clay limestone and marl covered with hard pebbles. Fermentation in oak barrel and aged 12 months in oak (20% new). Aromatically complex with a pretty and layered nose of citrus, green apple, pear and acacia blossom scents. Fine depth and length of flavor on the long finish where a hint of wood toast can be detected.
