Red wine. Chiroubles, Beaujolais, France. 100% Gamay. Aux Craz is at the highest elevation in Chiroubles (420 meters), planted mostly with 70-year-old vines. This pebbly parcel (Craz means "rock") gives rise to a structured, mineral-forward wine with an ample and floral bouquet, a bright core of raspberry fruit, and a long, high-character finish.
