
Red wine. Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy, France. Sustainable. 100% Pinot Noir. From 2.5ha of various parcels, some young vines, some old vines. Grapes are 100% de-stemmed, cold pre-fermentation maceration of 4 to 5 days, followed by fermentation in concrete vat. Aged 10 months 90% in concrete vats and 10% in 3 years old oak barrels. Redcurrant and cranberry-scented bouquet that is nicely defined. The palate shows a pinch of black pepper followed by plenty of black plum and raspberry.
