Red wine. Corbières, France. Organic. 40% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 10% Carignan. Fermentation only with indigenous yeasts. Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Syrah are partially aged in used French oak barrels of 300 liters. A pretty garnet color, expressive and quite complex nose with notes of blackberries, cherries and eucalyptus. The palate is round in attack with soft tannins and slight vanilla flavors, with a precise finish.
