White wine. Burgundy, France. Biodynamic. 100% Chardonnay. This cuvée is produced from predominantly old vines, grown in Puligny. Pale, silvery yellow with green tints. An exotic, rich bouquet with notes of mango and passion fruit. Great vibrance on the fleshy, compact palate, with notes of citrus, pear, good minerality and acidity. A dry finish with admirable length. Excellent as an aperitif.
