White wine. Südsteiermark DAC, Austria. Organic. 100% Weissburgunder. Kept on the lees in 700-liter casks for 18 months, without the addition of sulfur and was bottled without filtration. It is a very pure and salty Pinot Blanc with clear, ripe and intense fruit aromas on the nose. Medium to full-bodied, round and elegant on the aromatic palate, with a remarkable acidity and finesse. Pair this wine with richer white meat or seafood preparations, such as a veal chop or roasted monkfish.
