White wine. Rheinhessen, Germany. Sustainable. 100% Riesling. Made from grapes grown in limestone soil on a southeast facing slope. Macerated with the skins for about 18 hours and then pressed. The wine is aged half in barrel and half in stainless steel tank. The result is a Riesling of great depth and complexity. Look for flavors of apricot and tangerine, and an intense minerality. The skin contact and barrel aging give further depth and structure to the wine. For the easy pairing try with weisswurst or boudain blanc, and some good dark bread. This will also work really well with simply prepared fish dishes like sole with beurre blanc.
