Fleshy and dry on the palate, offering sappy red fruit and melon flavors and a refreshingly bitter suggestion of orange peel on the back half. Finishes long, smooth, and broad. This is a rosé that is made for lighter summer fare (salads, charcuterie, etc.), but that can stand up to lighter meat preparations.
